Free pilot for independent component distributors

We are opening VetLane to ten founding companies first. During the pilot, you run the full service on your own data, free of charge, and you shape what we build next.

What you get

• Your last 12 months of sales imported from one ERP export, with a template to guide you. Separate customer, catalogue and order files remain available when you need ship-to and forwarder checks.
• Every part checked against the CHPL and the EU and US control annexes, every customer, consignee and forwarder against the US, UK, EU and UN lists, every destination against the high-risk countries in official guidance.
• Screening again whenever a list changes, and a message only when something changed.
• Diligence records and defense files you can export and file, each with its SHA-256 fingerprint, and end-use statements your buyers sign online. Qualified timestamps (RFC 3161) on records, defense files and signed statements come with a paid plan.
• A direct line to the person who builds VetLane, not a ticket queue.

A good fit if

• You ship electronic components internationally, including to buyers outside the EU, the UK and the US.

How it works

We reply personally to each request. The length of the pilot and the founding rate that follows are agreed with each company before it starts; founding members keep their rate for as long as they stay. At the end of the pilot, nothing is charged unless you choose a plan, and your account goes back to the free plan with your data kept.
